[The problem with that is she wants him to be more than fine. She wants him to be happy, to feel safe, to have days with no pain or sick feelings, no nightmares.

Fine is all well and good, but he deserves more. She pats his hand and stands up, moving back to the table to start measuring herbs into a small bag for him.]

You brew it like any other kind of tea, and if you drink it before traveling it should prevent you from feeling any of the negative effects at all.
